Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Designer to join our team at our on-site location in Delhi, India. The Designer will be responsible for creating innovative and market-driven designs for Leather handbags and fashion accessories. Daily tasks include developing design concepts, preparing sketches, working with the sourcing team to select materials, and collaborating with production teams to ensure the alignment of designs with technical feasibility. Participation in team meetings and ensuring design compliance with market trends are integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and Sketching skills
• Creative ability for developing trend-setting designs and an understanding of consumer preferences
• Knowledge of Leather Materials, Textiles, and Production Techniques in the leather goods and fashion accessory industries
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills for working with diverse teams
• Past experience in fashion or design industries is highly advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Art, or a related field
