Designer

We are seeking an experienced Watch Designer with a strong background in luxury and analog watch design . The ideal candidate will lead the design of watches from concept to production, translating brand philosophy into iconic timepieces.

⚠️ Mandatory: Proven experience in luxury / premium watch design .

Key Responsibilities

• Design luxury analog watches from concept to final production
• Develop complete watch designs including case, dial, hands, bezel, crown, rotor, and straps
• Create 2D sketches, mood boards, 3D CAD models, and technical drawings
• Define materials, finishes, colors, textures, and surface treatments
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing partners, and suppliers
• Oversee prototyping, sampling, and quality evaluation
• Ensure designs align with Rotoris’ brand DNA and luxury positioning
• Stay informed on global luxury watch trends and craftsmanship innovations
• Support product launches with design storytelling and visual assets

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Product Design / Industrial Design / Watch Design
• Hands-on experience in luxury watch design (mandatory)
• Deep understanding of analog watch construction and components
• Proficiency in CAD tools (SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of materials, tolerances, finishes, and manufacturing
• Exceptional attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility
• Ability to manage multiple design projects and timelines
