Designer (Structural/Mechanical)

As an integral member of our structural and mechanical teams, your main role will be the preparation of drawings such as the layout, modeling, and development of general arrangements. This includes buildings, industrial structures, infrastructure, equipment, and piping. Travel to job sites may be required on a short-term basis for field measurements, condition inspections, or construction administration and management support.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and characteristics:

• Five to seven years of experience relevant to the design of buildings and industrial structures and facilities (applicants with more or less experience are also encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SolidWorks, Plant 3D, Navisworks, or other similar software packages.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent record-keeping skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
