Team Structure / Reporting To / Direct Reports:
Reports to Engineering Manager or Senior Engineer; works collaboratively with other designers, engineers, and project teams. No direct reports.
Software Used (Required?):
AutoCAD (required)
SolidWorks (required)
Other design tools as needed
Responsibilities:
Create detailed technical drawings and designs using CAD software based on specifications.
Modify existing designs to meet updated requirements and standards.
Collaborate with engineers and project teams to provide design solutions.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all design work.
Review and verify drawings for quality and compliance.
Support project planning and provide technical input.
Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
Identify opportunities for process improvement in design and drafting workflows.
Compensation / Bonus / Additional Incentives:
Salary Range: $30-33 on contract – $55,000 – $70,000 annually
FLSA: Non-Exempt
