In this role, you will act like a sales representative - only without the need for business trips. You will be the link between our customers and the company, look after an established customer base and acquire new customers in a targeted manner. You will provide our customers with comprehensive advice on our products and services in the field of pressure reducers and safety valves.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Supporting an existing customer baseEstablishing, expanding and acquiring new customers as the first point of contact for comprehensive customer support in the field of valve technologyRegular telephone support and advice for technical and commercial contactsActive offer tracking and project follow-upIndependent order negotiationsProject supportPreparing customer inquiries for processing and submitting quotationsMonitoring and reporting of customer-specific key figuresDevelopment and maintenance of networksWho You Are:
You build and maintain effective customer relationships. You learn quickly when confronted with new situations. You communicate messages clearly and precisely. This position is also suitable for career starters (m/f/d) with a relevant technical background.
For This Role, You Will Need:
Successfully completed commercial or technical training.Interest in sales of technically complex industrial valves and/or process automation.Very good written and spoken German (preferred) and good English skills, as we operate internationally. Reliable, structured way of working as well as a high level of personal responsibility and independence.Confident knowledge of the MS Office package, especially Excel.Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
