Responsibilities & Qualifications

The Novelis IT Infrastructure team is seeking a Deskside Support Engineer. The person in this role will report to the Manager Global Digital Workplace Services. The ideal candidate will provide hardware/software support services to onsite and remote clients including diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair.
