Job Description
Our client is seeking a Deskside Support Technician who will be providing desktop solutions support to resolve end user technical issues in a timely fashion in order to maintain customer satisfaction. Install, troubleshoot, & maintain a wide variety of equipment & applications. Work as part of a cross-functional IT Infrastructure team. Customers are onsite & remote end users.
Accountabilities:
- Daily on-suite support for site corporate network computer devices/printers/phones
- Support of onsite events- software, computers, audio, video
- Windows imaging, including SCCM imaging of tablets
- Desktop support experience hardware and software - personal and remote
- Cisco/Logitech/Microsoft Team Rooms conference room setup/maintenance
