Job Description

Our client is seeking a Deskside Support Technician who will be providing desktop solutions support to resolve end user technical issues in a timely fashion in order to maintain customer satisfaction. Install, troubleshoot, & maintain a wide variety of equipment & applications. Work as part of a cross-functional IT Infrastructure team. Customers are onsite & remote end users. Accountabilities: Daily on-suite support for site corporate network computer devices/printers/phones Support of onsite events- software, computers, audio, video Windows imaging, including SCCM imaging of tablets Desktop support experience hardware and software - personal and remote Cisco/Logitech/Microsoft Team Rooms conference room setup/maintenance Assist in basic config of Cisco Catalyst switches, including racking and cabling Network patch cable installation in IDFs, including proper routing of cabling and dressing of cables Provide responsive support for end users with deskside & walk up support issues for PC...
