What you'll do

• Provide 2nd line desk side support via walk‑in Tech Hubs, on‑site visits, or remote tools
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
• Support networking, MS Office 365, Windows OS (XP to 11), and Active Directory tasks
