We’re hiring! Join our team as an Experienced IT Support Technician (2nd Line / Desk Side Support) based at our client's site.

We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on professional with solid networking and infrastructure support skills who can provide top-notch customer service , resolve tickets efficiently, and deliver smart hands support for on-site and remote issues.

What you'll do:

  • Provide 2nd line desk side support via walk-in Tech Hubs, on-site visits, or remote tools
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Support networking, MS Office 365, Windows OS (XP to 11), and Active Directory tasks
  • Handle installation and upgrades of supported hardware/software
  • Collaborate with support centers and maintain accurate ServiceNow records
