Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to end-user computing equipment.
• Assist users with network connectivity (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, printers, scanners).
• Perform installation, upgrades, and repairs of hardware/software.
• Deliver VIP support for executives and critical users.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues in line with SLAs.
