Summary
We are seeking a freelance Desktop Support Engineer in Lisbon to provide ad-hoc onsite support. This is a backfill role, stepping in whenever our primary engineers are on leave. It's a flexible opportunity for experienced professionals who enjoy hands-on troubleshooting and supporting end users in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to end-user computing equipment.
Assist users with network connectivity (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi, printers, scanners).
Perform installation, upgrades, and repairs of hardware/software.
Deliver VIP support for executives and critical users.
Ensure timely resolution of issues in line with SLAs.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in desktop support or end-user computing.
Strong knowledge of Windows 7/10, hardware configuration, and application troubleshooting.
Familiarity with imaging tools (SCCM, MDT)...
