Job Description

  • 1. Install and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and
  • associated peripherals and related software
  • 2. Perform onsite updates, configuration changes, or software
  • installations and security patches
  • 3. Perform bulk MACDs
  • 4. Provide technical support and setup during special events such as
  • conferences
  • 5. Provide onsite technical assistance to Authorized Users

  • 7. Excellent Troubleshooting Skills on Desktops, Laptops,
  • Windows Operating System and hardware issues
  • 8. Experience in Hardware knowledge (Dell, HP, IBM Desktop),

  • Devices, Firewall, Cabling and troubleshooting Network
