Global Investment Banking organization seeks motivated & driven Desktop Engineer to join our growing IT team in our NYC flagship office. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who is passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to grow into more advanced engineering responsibilities. You will assist with deploying, maintaining, and supporting desktop systems, hardware, and software across the organization in a fast-paced trading environment. This role is best for a team player who works well with others.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral issues.

  • Assist with setting up, imaging, and configuring Windows desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
