About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Engineer to join our IT support team. The role is responsible for ensuring seamless end-user experience by delivering efficient technical support, maintaining desktop infrastructure, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues. This position plays a key role in enabling smooth day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and related peripherals.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and security updates.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access within Active Directory and other enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues in a timely manner.
