Job Description

Our client is looking for a Desktop Engineer to provide Technical support for a large number of end users

Must Haves:

  • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems; Microsoft Office Support
  • Experience supporting Active Directory administration/troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting and troubleshooting local area network (LAN) and VPN connectivity issues
  • Nice to Haves:

  • A+ Certification
  • POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • mainly onsite; will provide backup and assistance to our other desktop technician
  • Provide life-cycle device replacement support to our clients end users
  • Ensure all software, drivers, and printers are working properly for each deployment.
