Position Overview

This is a full-time position based in the Northern Suburbs of Brisbane. Reporting to the Home Assessing Team Leader, the Desktop Assessor will manage a portfolio of assigned claims from start to finish. In this role, you will identify the cause of property damage, determine the scope and cost of repairs, and deliver a high standard of customer service throughout the claims process.
