Job Description

The Desktop Network EUC IT Support provides technical support and assistance to users with desktop and network issues within an enterprise environment. The primary objective is to ensure seamless functionality of desktop devices and network connectivity, providing a reliable and productive workspace for users.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving desktop hardware, software, and network problems
  • Providing technical support via phone, email, or in-person
  • Maintaining and updating desktop operating systems, applications, and drivers
  • Configuring and troubleshooting wired and wireless networks
  • Implementing and maintaining active directory policies and user accounts
  • Performing hardware installations, upgrades, and repairs
  • Monitoring and diagnosing network connectivity issues
  • Managing and resolving user requests for IT support
