Job Role:

We are looking for an experienced Desktop & Network Support Engineer to join our growing team in Noida.

Key Responsibilities:

• Desktop, laptop, and printer installation & troubleshooting
• Windows OS installation and configuration
• Network setup: LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches
• User support (onsite and remote)
• Hardware and software issue resolution
• System maintenance and documentation

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of hardware & Windows OS
• Basic to intermediate networking knowledge
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
