Job Role:
We are looking for an experienced Desktop & Network Support Engineer to join our growing team in Noida.
Key Responsibilities:
- Desktop, laptop, and printer installation & troubleshooting
- Windows OS installation and configuration
- Network setup: LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches
- User support (onsite and remote)
- Hardware and software issue resolution
- System maintenance and documentation
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of hardware & Windows OS
- Basic to intermediate networking knowledge
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
