Job Title: DESKTOP PUBLISHING SPECIALIST

Skills: Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word as well as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva and other relevant design tools

Experience: at least 1-year relevant experience

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City

Core Responsibilities

  • Format and align lengthy documents for consistency and readability

  • Check alignment, spacing, fonts, and overall visual presentation

  • Ensure images and graphics are properly placed and optimized

  • Perform grammar and spelling checks on all content

  • Apply brand guidelines and maintain document templates

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to finalize documents for publication
