Codeworks, an LRS company, is seeking a Desktop Support for a Contract opportunity. This role offers the chance to apply your skills in support of meaningful work for one of our client partners.

Our client is seeking a Service Operations Technician to provide on‑site Level 1 and Level 2 technical support. This role supports hardware, software, mobile devices, network connectivity, printers, and point‑of‑sale systems. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, hands‑on technical abilities, and the flexibility to work in varied indoor/outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities 
  • Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (wired/wireless)
  • Support network printers and POS equipment (credit card machines, receipt printers, cash drawers)
