Description We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in New York, New York. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional IT support to ensure smooth operations for local and remote workstations. This is an onsite role requiring your presence five days a week.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver prompt and efficient IT support to address technical issues and minimize disruption.
• Manage and respond to incoming support tickets through the Service Desk system.
• Prioritize and resolve tickets systematically, ensuring urgent matters are handled first.
