Description We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team on a contract basis. Based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, this role involves providing hands-on technical support for hardware and software installations, configurations, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Windows operating systems and a strong commitment to ensuring a seamless user experience.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver onsite support for the setup and configuration of new Windows PC hardware to replace existing systems.
• Decommission outdated PC hardware in a secure and efficient manner.
• Perform operating system installations and ensure compatibility with Windows 10 and 11.
• Join computers to the appropriate domain and configure network settings.
• Install and configure software applications as required.
• Transfer user profile settings and data to new devices.
