As a leading network system integrator, NTS provides an extensive range of IT solutions including network infrastructure solutions, managed services and monitoring, and mobile device management from our own Network Operations Center located within our headquarters. Our other offerings include systems migrations, technology relocations, computer hardware maintenance, mobile device management, managed print services, staff augmentation and product procurement.
 

Must be able to pass criminal background check, have a valid license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone or electronically (tickets).
     
  • Educate end-users on how to resolve various hardware and software problems.
     
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
     
  • Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions.
