TEKsystems currently has a Desktop Support Specialist opportunity available with our client in Anoka, MN. This position will be 100% onsite and will start as a contract position with high likelihood of extensions/conversion full-time. Ideal candidate would have the top 3 skills below. Top 3 Skills 

-1+ years Enterprise IT Support Experience in a Windows/o365 environment 

- Experience with Imaging PC’s and Break Fix 

- Outstanding customer service and communication skills 

Nice to have’s

1+ years supporting Windows and iOS environments in large enterprises (manufacturing environment)

knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, iOS, device management.

knowledge of SCCM, Azure AD, Active Directory, O365

Working knowledge of disk imaging including PXE booting devices using SCCM. 

knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
