We are currently seeking a Desktop Support Associate-Field Tech to join our team in Ciudad de México, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).
Performs basic trouble-shooting, parts replacement, systems upgrades, deployment and repair on desktops /notebooks/ printers.
- May respond to calls after normal business hours per leader instructions *Knowledge of Windows operating system environment *Good client service skills.
- A+ desktop or equivalent skillset is preferred.
