The successful candidate will provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and meeting room equipment, with a focus on resolving print and meeting room-related issues.</p> <p> </p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices</li> <li> Troubleshoot and resolve printer issues, including installation, configuration, and repair</li> <li> Support meeting room technology, including video conferencing equipment and presentation systems</li> <li> Install, configure, and maintain print servers and printers</li> <li> Manage print queues and resolve print-related issues</li> <li> Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless support</li> <li> Document incident resolutions and maintain accurate records</li> <li> Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in desktop support, printing, and meeting room technology</li> </ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> 2+ years of experience in desktop support or related field</li> <li> Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop hardware</li> <li> Experience with printer troubleshooting and repair</li> <li> Familiarity with meeting room technology and video conferencing systems</li> <li> Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills</li> <li> Effective communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li> Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities</li> <li> Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Specialized Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Print server management</li> <li>Printer troubleshooting and repair</li> <li>Meeting room technology support</li> <li>Video conferencing system support</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Nice to Have:</p> <ul> <li>Certification in desktop support or related field (e.g., CompTIA A+)</li> <li>Experience with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)</li> <li>Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and services</li> <li>Experience in a similar industry or sector</li> </ul>
