Job Responsibilities:
- Performing Tech Refresh role Scheduling slots with users for laptop/device replacement
- Perform Asset Tagging
- Perform data migration / cloning and imaging
- Monitor the agreed service level, document & maintain the configuration of the systems; provide regular reporting to relevant parties
