Job Scope

• Provide IT infrastructure service and support to organization
• Provide inhouse hardware & software IT and network support
• Perform system installation, configuration, upgrading and troubleshooting
• Perform troubleshoot and resolve computer and various network devices, services and securities (ex: routers, switches, firewalls, VPN)
• Perform data protection, Coordinating Software and hardware
• Monitoring network performance, Implementing network security measures
• Liaise with external vendor to troubleshoot IT issues

Requirement

• Possess Diploma in relevant field or equivalent
• Min 1 years relevant experiences  will be advantage
