Job Description:
• End-User Support:
Provide support for all IT hardware, operating systems, applications, network, and printer issues, ensuring resolution within defined SLAs.
• System Installation & Maintenance:
Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems, applications, and productivity tools as per organization standards.
Perform upgrades and updates as provided by TPL or other service teams.
• Software Configuration:
Install, reload, and reconfigure office productivity software such as Microsoft Office 365, browsers (Internet Explorer, Edge, Chrome), and intranet/internet applications as required.
