Job Description

We’re looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to support a global user base in a fast-paced Windows environment. The role involves providing on-site and remote support for workstation applications, access management, hardware issues, and user queries, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to keep systems running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and remote support to a global community of 500+ users
  • Offer 24×5 support and rotational weekend on-call coverage
  • Handle incidents and service requests promptly following internal processes
  • Work with Level 2/3 teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues
  • Monitor alerts and proactively address degraded or unavailable services
  • Automate routine tasks to improve efficiency
  • Contribute to developing strategic technical solutions
