Job Description

End-User Support

  • Provide timely desk-side support to end-users for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot Windows operating systems (Win7/Win8/Win10) and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Handle issues related to Microsoft Office applications, Acrobat Reader, and antivirus software.
  • Manage network printers, LAN/WAN connectivity, and other desktop hardware.

Email & Collaboration Support

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook mail clients.
  • Assist users in email-related issues and configuration.

Technical Troubleshooting

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for system and application usage.
