Requirements:
- 5 years relevant experience with networking/firewall
- With at least 2 years of leadership experience
- Cisco Certification / Security Certification for Palo Alto, Checkpoint, FortiGate Firewall - preferred but not required
- Educational attainment: Completed at least 2nd year in College
Responsibilities:
- Assists end-users in the Tower whose requests are documented by a ticket raised in WiServe Portal.
- Provide hands and feet support of our domain teams located in India.
- Join Incident calls in the occurrence of account outages.
- Conducts IT Asset Inventory Verification.
- Replies or updates email and chat communications for queries or concerns raised by the businesses.
