Experience: 6 years to 12years

Interview Time: 10: 00 AM to 4: 00 PM
Must Have:
- ITIL Foundation Certified and expertise in ITIL processes.
- Well versed with Microsoft suite of applications like Excel, Power Point etc.
- knowledge of Windows 7 & Windows 10 administration, Active Directory, Group Policies, Office/Microsoft 365.
Good to have:
- Prior experience of supporting client environment, Desktop Support
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Hands on working experience of L2 End User Computing/Desktop Support
- Handling different types of printer related issues on day-to-day basis and installations of printers like Lexmark, Canon, HP, Zebra etc.
