is looking to add a Desktop Support Engineer to the team. You will be responsible for managing
day to day support for employees in India and in US. You should be a fast
learner, and adapt to new challenges. Be part of a fast -growing team and build

Key Responsibilities: -
· Manage company assets for employees
· Manage M365 licenses for employees
· Support employees with troubleshooting of Windows /
Mac software and hardware
· Manage outside agencies for hardware repairs
