Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely technical support for desktop, laptop, and IT infrastructure-related issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operating system issues on Windows 10 and Windows 11
  • Perform remote support and on-site troubleshooting as required
  • Join systems to domains and configure user access
  • Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware components
  • Set up and support virtual meetings using Microsoft Teams and Google Meet
  • Log, track, and update support calls in ticketing systems
  • Provide Microsoft Office and Outlook support including PST and OST management, rules configuration, signature setup, backup, repair, and data movement
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot local and network printers
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting involving DNS, DHCP, subnet mask, and gateway issues
