Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely technical support for desktop, laptop, and IT infrastructure-related issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve operating system issues on Windows 10 and Windows 11
- Perform remote support and on-site troubleshooting as required
- Join systems to domains and configure user access
- Install, upgrade, and maintain operating systems, software, and hardware components
- Set up and support virtual meetings using Microsoft Teams and Google Meet
- Log, track, and update support calls in ticketing systems
- Provide Microsoft Office and Outlook support including PST and OST management, rules configuration, signature setup, backup, repair, and data movement
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot local and network printers
- Perform basic network troubleshooting involving DNS, DHCP, subnet mask, and gateway issues
