We’re partnering with a well established organisation to find an experienced Desktop Support Engineer (Level 1 & 2) to join a growing internal IT team. This is a hands‑on role supporting a diverse user base across corporate, warehouse and manufacturing environments, offering strong exposure to both on‑site and remote support.

In this position, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality Level 1 and 2 support, ensuring users are supported efficiently and professionally across hardware, software and network‑related issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing Level 1 & 2 helpdesk support both onsite and remotely
  • Managing incidents and service requests via Jira Service Management
  • Installing, configuring and maintaining end‑user hardware and applications
  • Supporting user onboarding, access management and device setup
