We’re partnering with a well established organisation to find an experienced Desktop Support Engineer (Level 1 & 2) to join a growing internal IT team. This is a hands-on role supporting a diverse user base across corporate, warehouse and manufacturing environments, offering strong exposure to both on-site and remote support.
Responsibilities
- Providing Level 1 & 2 helpdesk support both onsite and remotely
- Managing incidents and service requests via Jira Service Management
- Installing, configuring and maintaining end-user hardware and applications
- Supporting user onboarding, access management and device setup
- Troubleshooting issues across Windows, Microsoft 365, networking and peripherals
- Escalating complex issues to third-level support where required
