Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Hardware Support Technician / Desktop Support Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience supporting desktops, laptops, workstations, and peripheral devices. The ideal candidate will provide onsite deskside support, perform hardware break-fix activities, manage inventory, and ensure excellent end-user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hardware break-fix support (typically via whole unit swap)
- Deliver deskside and onsite technical support to end users
- Execute device installations, upgrades, and configuration changes
- Troubleshoot issues across Windows, Macintosh, Linux, and mobile platforms
- Maintain spares and manage onsite hardware inventory
- Perform asset tagging and update asset management systems
