Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide hardware break/fix support, primarily through whole unit swaps
Manage onsite spares inventory
Deliver deskside support and execute installations/changes
Ensure a high level of customer service
Follow defined processes and manage proactive/reactive escalations
Support end users including management and VIPs
Troubleshoot across Windows, Mac, Linux, and mobile platforms
Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN/Wireless/VPN/VLAN configurations
Asset tagging and maintaining asset management records
Provide weekly inventory and hardware movement reports
Coordinate with external suppliers for repairs/replacements
Technical Skills:
End-user infrastructure support (desktops, laptops, printers, handhelds, smartphones)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Good communication skills in English and local language
