Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Provide hardware break/fix support, primarily through whole unit swaps
  • Manage onsite spares inventory
  • Deliver deskside support and execute installations/changes
  • Ensure a high level of customer service
  • Follow defined processes and manage proactive/reactive escalations
  • Support end users including management and VIPs
  • Troubleshoot across Windows, Mac, Linux, and mobile platforms
  • Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN/Wireless/VPN/VLAN configurations
  • Asset tagging and maintaining asset management records
  • Provide weekly inventory and hardware movement reports
  • Coordinate with external suppliers for repairs/replacements

Technical Skills:

  • End-user infrastructure support (desktops, laptops, printers, handhelds, smartphones)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
