Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide hardware break/fix support, primarily through whole unit swaps
- Manage onsite spares inventory
- Deliver deskside support and execute installations/changes
- Ensure a high level of customer service
- Follow defined processes and manage proactive/reactive escalations
- Support end users including management and VIPs
- Troubleshoot across Windows, Mac, Linux, and mobile platforms
- Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN/Wireless/VPN/VLAN configurations
- Asset tagging and maintaining asset management records
- Provide weekly inventory and hardware movement reports
- Coordinate with external suppliers for repairs/replacements
Technical Skills:
- End-user infrastructure support (desktops, laptops, printers, handhelds, smartphones)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
