Our client, a financial firm based in midtown NYC is looking for a motivated & driven Desktop Engineer to join the team. This is an on-site role in Midtown NY and is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to grow into more advanced engineering responsibilities. You will assist with deploying, maintaining, and supporting desktop systems, hardware, and software across the firm in a fast-paced trading environment.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for end users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and at times white glove service.

  • Assist with setting up, imaging, and configuring Windows systems and mobile devices.
