Job Description
Desktop Support Engineer:
- 1–4 years of experience with IT operation, installation, configuration and troubleshooting of end-user systems
- Basic knowledge of network and servers
- Certification like MCSE or CCNA would be preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Worked on Office365, Windows 8 and Windows 10
- Should have sound knowledge of Windows AD, Azure and Office365
- Open to night shift (Rotational shift)
