We are hiring a Desktop Support Engineer to provide hands-on IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and basic networking in an on-site environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Desktop, laptop, and peripheral support
• Hardware, software, and basic network troubleshooting
• Printer installation and support
• OS and application installation/upgrades
• User account and access management
• IT asset tracking and issue logging

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, hardware, and printers
• Good troubleshooting and customer support skills
