Job Title:  Desktop Support Engineer (Field Work – Male Candidates)
Location:  Phase I, Hinjewadi, Pune, Maharashtra
Experience Required:  0–2 years
Job Type:  Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and technically proficient Desktop Support Engineer  to provide on-site IT support to our clients. This role involves resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues and requires frequent travel to client locations within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit client sites to troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of support tasks and service logs.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and effective issue resolution.

    • Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in desktop support or IT field services.
  • Basic knowledge of: Windows operating systems Hardware diagnostics and troubleshooting Networking fundamentals
  • Willingness to travel regularly for on-site client support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Male candidates preferred  due to travel and field work requirements.
