The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT assets, supporting collaboration tools, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide L1 and L2 support  for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software applications .
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues  in person, remotely, or via phone/email.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights  in Active Directory.
