Job description:

  • Provide onsite and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers, and standard peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Perform system reimaging, virus removal, and patch updates.
  • Assist in the backup and recovery of user data and configurations.
  • Document support activities and update configuration records.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement and warranty claims.
  • Support software installations, user onboarding, and device configuration.
  • Escalate issues to L2/L3 support teams as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in desktop support or IT field services.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Associate preferred.
