🔄 Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses

🤝 Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and initiatives

📞 Assist users with remote access solutions and VPN configurations

What We're Looking For:

✅ Minimum 1 year of experience in desktop support or related field

✅ Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite

✅ Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly

✅ Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
