Responsibilities: As an IT Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing delivery for IT production systems and services. Your day-to-day activities will include driving incident, issue, and outage management, as well as conducting investigations and restorations. You are expected to build knowledge and support the team while participating in problem-solving discussions.
